We do not accept returns of any kind. If your item was lost or damaged in shipping, or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the situation. Please see our full policy HERE.

We offer standard domestic shipping in the United States. If you have any more questions about shipping options or would like to see our full shipping policy, please click HERE.

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days and are received 5-10 business days from their shipped date. You should receive a shipping confirmation when your order has shipped. If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you have not received your shipping confirmation, please fill out the form above.

Please fill out the form above within 3 days of receiving your order with the specific product name, description of the defect, and images. If it has been more than 3 days since you’ve received your order, we regret to inform you that we can not honor defective item reports outside of that timeframe.

We recommend that you double-check your order before placing it, as it is rarely possible to make changes after it has been placed. We try to fulfill our orders as quickly as they come in. You may contact us by filling out the form above to see what we can do. However, if the order has already shipped, we will be unable to alter the order in any way.

Unfortunately, shipping furniture is a bit of a gamble. It’s difficult to do properly, and it often costs more to ship the furniture than the price of the furniture itself. Also, there is no way for us to ensure that the furniture will arrive in the same condition it was shipped in after bumping around on a truck for several days. For these reasons, we have decided to offer local pick up only on our larger items.
